How do I know if my order went through?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email from us shortly after. This email confirms that your order has been received successfully. If you notice any mistakes in your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help correct them. What should I do if the size is different from what I ordered?

Please note that the measurements shown on our size charts allow for a tolerance of approximately 0.4–0.8 inches . Each product has its own size chart on the product page, and all measurements are taken in inches. If an item doesn’t fit as expected, you’re welcome to return it in accordance with our Return Policy. What if the color of an ordered item is a little different from what I saw online?

We photograph all of our products as accurately as possible and don’t use filters that would alter the true colors. That said, slight color differences can occur depending on your phone or computer screen settings. If you’re not happy with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
